suite of web-based products and decision support tools designed for
use by Employers, Hospitals, Carriers, TPAs and Health Plans. All PowerTools are
designed to work together in our EmpowerCentral benefits portal or to
be used as stand-alone tools. This completely modular design means you
can pick the tool or tools that best fit your needs now and when
you're ready to add more, you can be sure that they will integrate
perfectly with what you already have.

Our HR and administration tool lets you manage
and customize your EmpowerTools — in
real-time. It creates responsive reports in a
variety of formats, including Excel and HTML,
on any eligibility or claims data contained
within EmpowerTools. It also provides you with
a new accessory called PowerModel that is used
with EmpowerCentral, our benefits portal. This
lets HR and financial administrators analyze
the financial impact of different plan designs
based on real claims data.
